Harvey Fresh has seen over the past five years, an enormous growth in viticulture, which led to the development of our winery built and established in November 1999, ready for our first vintage in March 2000.

The company draws its wine grapes from Growers within the Geographe region of the South West of Western Australia. This region stems from North of Harvey down to Busselton including areas such as Donnybrook, Capel and the Ferguson Valley.

This region with its close proximity to the Indian Ocean and altitude provided by the Darling Ranges together with its loam gravely soils and Mediterranean climate provide an ideal area for grape growing.

The Geographic Region

The Geographe Region, situated in the south west of Western Australia enjoys a classic climate of warm sunny days and cool evenings, with soil structures that are ideal for grape growing. The beautiful Darling Ranges incorporating altitude and undulating landscape, provide us with fruit of exceptional characters.
